Community Assessment for Public Health Emergency Response

Staff from the Southern Nevada Health District will be visiting neighborhoods in the following ZIP Codes to interview Clark County residents on Friday, Nov. 2, and Saturday, Nov. 3:

89015, 89030, 89052, 89074, 89081, 89084, 89101, 89102, 89104, 89106, 89110, 89115, 89117, 89121, 89122, 89123, 89128, 89129, 89130, 89135, 89138, 89142, 89145, 89147, and 89169

Teams of two to three people will be knocking on doors and asking you how the heat affects you and your family, and how your household prepares for emergencies.

The survey team will not ask for your name. Your participation is voluntary and confidential.

The interviews are designed to take only a few minutes of your time, and the information you provide will help us and our partners to better meet your needs during extreme heat events and emergencies.
